Deck overview

This deck is an Esper topdeck-manipulation strategy helmed by Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. The primary game plan focuses on setting up the top of the library with cards like Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Aminatou, the Fateshifter to cheat massive odd-cost spells directly onto the battlefield when Yennett attacks. Game-defining payloads such as Void Winnower, Breach the Multiverse, and Toxrill, the Corrosive establish overwhelming asymmetric board states and severe resource locks. Supported by defensive control pieces, sweepers, and political mini-game effects like Master of Predicaments and Psychic Battle, the deck grinds down opposing life totals through evasive combat damage over several turn rotations.
