Deck overview

This mono-white midrange deck utilizes Ratchet, Field Medic to convert lifegain and artifact sacrifice into a resilient recursive engine. By repeatedly cycling low-cost artifacts like Candy Trail, Carrot Cake, and Implement of Improvement, Ratchet converts between vehicle and creature forms to reanimate key pieces directly from the graveyard. The deck pairs artifact payoffs with lifegain synergies, using Heliod, Sun-Crowned, Exemplar of Light, and Syr Ginger, the Meal Ender to build tall threats while Thousand Moons Smithy and Wurmcoil Engine create wide boards. The interaction suite features efficient single-target exile in Swords to Plowshares and Dispatch, backed by Organic Extinction as an asymmetrical board wipe. While the deck lacks fast combo finishes or high-speed mana acceleration, it excels in grindy multiplayer games through relentless recursion, high life totals, and protection from Teferi's Protection and Bronze Guardian.
