Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger storm deck built around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a win condition and a massive ritual engine: whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Vivi gains a +1/+1 counter and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} loyalty-style mana ability produces mana equal to its power. The primary win condition enchants Vivi with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or pairs it with Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi pings all three opponents upon each noncreature cast, every spell draws up to three new cards. This fuels a near-deterministic storm turn that chains rituals, free interaction, and cheap cantrips until the table burns out or the library is emptied into Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Backed by premium free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Fierce Guardianship, the deck closes games quickly once its pieces align, but it relies heavily on cantrips to find its auras due to minimal tutoring.
