Fire Nation Attacks (Fire Lord Azula LOST PRECON) by user8376157

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula is a Grixis copy-ritual engine. The deck attacks with firebenders to bank red mana, then uses Azula's copy trigger to double large burn spells. A token package from Fire Nation Attacks and Cruel Administrator feeds Firebender Ascension, turning repeated firebending triggers into doubled mana; Sozin's Comet gives the whole team firebending 5 for a single explosive combat. Backup paths include Ozai, the Phoenix King beatdown, Azula, Cunning Usurper's exile-casting value, and The Rise of Sozin // Fire Lord Sozin's board wipe and graveyard theft. Azula, Cunning Usurper acts as a hidden second commander offering flash card advantage. The deck is a midrange spellslinging deck, not a fast combo deck.
