Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Zombie tribal and discard-midrange strategy piloted by Hashaton, Scarab's Fist. Hashaton acts as a virtual reanimation engine from hand, turning discarded creature cards into 4/4 black Zombie token copies whenever you pay {2}{U}. The deck fuels this ability using a dense suite of repeatable looters such as Merfolk Looter, Thought Courier, and Cryptbreaker, alongside cycling and cheap filtering spells. By pitching high-impact creatures like Grave Titan, Archfiend of Ifnir, and Sphinx of Enlightenment, the pilot cheats massive board presence and enter-the-battlefield value onto the table well ahead of curve. As the Zombie army widens, lords like Lord of the Accursed and On Wings of Gold grant evasion, while Corpse Knight, Wayward Servant, and The Scarab God drain opponents' life totals. Backed by solid interaction and independent backup engines, the deck grinds out inevitable mid-game combat victories.
