Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Dimir graveyard reanimator strategy built around Araumi of the Dead Tide. The game plan accelerates in the opening turns through low-cost self-mill enablers, looters, and mana artifacts, rapidly stocking the graveyard with high-impact creature payoffs. Once Araumi is active on Turn 4, the deck leverages its encore ability to exile spent cards and generate three hasty token copies of devastating threats simultaneously. On Turn 5, encoring centerpiece bombs like Grave Titan, Massacre Wurm, or Triplicate Titan inflicts heavy asymmetric damage, wipes opposing creature boards, and establishes an overwhelming token board state. Auxiliary reanimation tools such as Victimize and Dread Return provide strong backup when Araumi is contested, ensuring reliable threat deployment. While vulnerable to targeted graveyard hate and lacking dense countermagic protection, the deck generates fast, resilient clock pressure through multiplied enter-the-battlefield triggers that close out the table across two post-onset turn cycles.
