Deck overview

Veyran, Voice of Duality is the amplifier for a UR spellslinger deck. The primary plan is to land Veyran early and layer Magecraft permanents-Storm-Kiln Artist, Archmage Emeritus, Guttersnipe-so every instant or sorcery copy generates extra mana, cards, and damage. Birgi, cost reducers, and Treasure tokens make long chain-casting turns possible. A secondary path uses Deekah, Third Path Iconoclast, Rootha, and Bria to build an evasive token army, with Bria making Veyran unblockable for a commander-damage finish. The hidden commander is Prismari, the Inspiration: once it resolves, storm-like copying can end the game. The usual kill is Isengard Unleashed tripling multiple Guttersnipe/Chandra triggers, or a copied Crackle with Power.
