Deck overview

This is a Bant spellslinger and +1/+1 counters midrange deck helmed by Ms. Bumbleflower. The core loop casts two or more cheap spells each turn to resolve her trigger twice: opponents draw (political padding), your creatures grow and gain flying, and you net two cards. Counter multipliers like Hardened Scales, High Score, and Kami of Whispered Hopes turn every spell into exponential growth, while Kalonian Hydra, Vorel of the Hull Clade, and Solidarity of Heroes detonate the board. Primary wins are airborne combat (often backed by Rafiq of the Many or Flaming Fist double strike) and a grindy Approach of the Second Sun finish. The low 2.39 average CMC keeps the engine humming, but the deck is fundamentally a value pile that closes through oversized threats rather than explosive combos.
