Deck overview

A five-color Dragon deck built around The Ur-Dragon's eminence. The primary plan is to ramp and reduce Dragon costs, deploy The Ur-Dragon, then turn attack triggers into card draw and free permanents for a large hasted alpha strike. Secondary paths are Dracogenesis and Morophon plus Fist of Suns to cast Dragons for no mana, and Call the Spirit Dragons as a slower, non-combat alternate win. The commander's role is a passive discount early and a draw/cheat engine when cast; Hellkite Courser can also borrow it from the command zone for a surprise hasty attack. No hidden commander exists in the 99.
