Deck overview

This Golgari deck harnesses Camellia, the Seedmiser to turn Food production and sacrifice into an aggressive, evasive Squirrel army. By combining token generation from cards like Peregrin Took, Vinereap Mentor, and Tireless Provisioner with sacrifice outlets, the deck triggers Camellia to flood the board with 1/1 green Squirrel tokens. Camellia grants all Squirrels menace and continually buffs them using its forage ability. The deck transitions into lethal range on Turn 5 through force multipliers such as Chatterfang, Squirrel General, Valley Rotcaller, Mirkwood Bats, and Night of the Sweets' Revenge. These cards convert every token creation and sacrifice into life loss while setting up an unblockable alpha strike on Turn 6. Card advantage engines like Skullclamp and Toski, Bearer of Secrets keep resources flowing, while flexible removal spells answer key opposing threats. The strategy relies on high synergy and redundancy to overwhelm the table.
