Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck uses Ovika, Enigma Goliath to convert noncreature spells into lethal swarms of hasty Phyrexian Goblins. In the early game, you deploy artifact ramp and keep up cheap interaction to secure land drops and protect your life total. Once you cast Ovika, every noncreature spell generates tokens equal to its mana value. You win by casting high-cost convoke spells, massive card draw, or damage doublers to assemble a wide board. Burn enablers like Impact Tremors, Molten Gatekeeper, and Raphael, Tough Turtle burn the table as tokens enter, while City on Fire multiplies your hasty combat damage to eliminate opponents.
