This is a lean, fast Izzet storm/spellslinger list helmed by Vivi Ornitier, whose once-per-turn mana ability (add X in {U}/{R}, where X is her power) turns the commander into the deck's primary ritual engine, growing with every noncreature spell cast and pinging each opponent in the process. The core plan is to chain cheap cantrips and rituals into a single explosive storm turn, closing with Grapeshot or Brain Freeze, while the parallel ping trio of Vivi, Electrostatic Field, and Kessig Flamebreather drains the table alongside. The deck also carries two compact two-card win lines - Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity/Ophidian Eye for an infinite draw-ping loop, and Dualcaster Mage plus Twinflame for infinite hasty copies - with Underworld Breach recycling the graveyard for a second wave.
