Deck overview

This deck is a high-power non-green battlecruiser cheat deck commanded by Nissa, Leyline Tamer. By intentionally excluding all low-cost creatures from the 99, every single trigger of Nissa's landfall ability (as well as activations of Proteus Staff) is guaranteed to reveal and cheat a game-warping bomb directly onto the battlefield. The early game focuses entirely on deploying 2-CMC mana rocks and securing land drops to assemble the 7 mana required for Nissa on Turn 5. Once Nissa resolves, playing a land immediately draws a card and puts a massive threat—such as Void Winnower, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines, or Archfiend of Despair—into play. The deck protects its board using efficient tools like Flawless Maneuver and Dawn's Truce, while haste enablers like Rising of the Day and Hammer of Purphoros allow the cheated behemoths to quickly eliminate opponents over two combat rotations.
