Deck overview

Purphoros, God of the Forge commands an aggressive mono-red burn and token swarm strategy. The deck accelerates into an early Purphoros cast using explosive fast mana and rituals, then overwhelms the entire table with repeated creature enter-the-battlefield triggers. Each creature entering deals 2 unblockable damage to all opponents simultaneously, transforming every small goblin into an efficient group slug threat. Highly synergistic engines like Krenko, Mob Boss, Goblin Rabblemaster, and Siege-Gang Commander rapidly scale token production to close games in few turn cycles. Skullclamp, The One Ring, and wheel effects provide continuous card velocity to sustain momentum through opposing disruption. In addition to direct burn, the list features potent alternate win routes such as Godo, Bandit Warlord pairing with Helm of the Host, as well as mass combat buffs via Shared Animosity and Torbran, Thane of Red Fell. Blood Moon and Hexing Squelcher provide proactive disruption and protection against opposing interaction.
