This Izzet spellslinger deck uses Balmor, Battlemage Captain to turn every instant and sorcery into a team pump with trample. You build a wide board with Young Pyromancer, Murmuring Mystic, and Third Path Iconoclast, then chip with pingers like Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, and Coruscation Mage while Balmor closes combat. Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity offers an infinite damage loop, and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries with Leveler provides a self-mill win.
