Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is a Golgari elf-ball commander built to flood the battlefield with Elf tokens, turn their entry into -1/-1 counters on opposing creatures, and then proliferate those counters into a dominating board. The primary plan is go-wide combat: accelerate with mana dorks, generate tokens with Imperious Perfect, Lys Alana Huntmaster, and Lathril, Blade of the Elves, and finish with Craterhoof Behemoth, Finale of Devastation, or Ezuri's overrun. Secondary paths use the Morcant + Flourishing Defenses token loop or infect/proliferate via Glistener Elf, Grafted Exoskeleton, and Evolution Sage. The commander provides soft removal through blight triggers, keeping blockers small while the swarm develops.
