Deck overview

Bria, Riptide Rogue is the face of a UR spellslinger tempo deck. The primary plan is to resolve Bria early, then chain cheap instants and sorceries so her shared prowess grows the whole board while her trigger makes a key attacker unblockable. Commander damage from Bria is the fastest regular finish. Ral, Crackling Wit acts as a hidden commander, providing card draw and a storm emblem that can win without combat. Secondary lines use Narset's Reversal and Return the Favor copy loops, Tidespout Tyrant bounce, and long-game payoffs such as Omniscience and Time Stretch. The modal spell-lands give flexible mana and utility, but the deck is deliberately built around Bria's combat engine.
