Deck overview

This deck is a Boros midrange strategy commanded by Quintorius, History Chaser, focusing on generating an aggressive army of 3/2 Spirit tokens by cycling cards out of the graveyard. It leverages looting spells like Faithless Looting and Thrilling Discovery alongside discard outlets such as Currency Converter and Conspiracy Theorist to sculpt the hand while stocking the graveyard. Flashback spells, low-cost reanimation spells such as Recommission and Helping Hand, and escape threats like Phlage, Titan of Fire's Fury repeatedly trigger Quintorius's token generation ability. Once a critical mass of tokens is assembled, the deck closes the game via mass combat enhancements, utilizing Quintorius's -4 double strike loyalty ability, Hofri Ghostforge, or finishers like Moonshaker Cavalry and Akroma's Will. While possessing resilient recurring value engines, the deck remains vulnerable to dedicated graveyard hate and wide board wipes.
