The Dark Realms by Thevortex808

Format: Commander

Commander: Liliana, Heretical Healer // Liliana, Defiant Necromancer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a mono-black aristocrats and reanimator strategy that uses Liliana, Heretical Healer as an early value engine, discard outlet, and supplementary reanimation source. The primary game plan revolves around sacrificing recursive creatures to generate mana, draw cards, and drain opponents. It frequently pivots between cheating game-ending demons like Vilis, Broker of Blood or Archon of Cruelty into play and assembling deterministic sacrifice combos. Win conditions center on infinite death loops using Gravecrawler with Phyrexian Altar, or Warren Soultrader with Forsaken Miner alongside drain engines like Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat, or resolving a catastrophic mass reanimation spell like Living Death.
