Commander: Bard, King of Dale

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is a draw- and token-doubling engine. The deck resolves Bard, then uses cheap noncreature spells to trigger Valeria Richards, Namor, Council of Reeds, and The Fantasticar. Bard turns every token creation into double tokens and nearly every card draw into double cards, so a single Confusticate and Bebother can draw four and a single Council trigger can make multiple copies. The primary finish is an overwhelming combat step from Council copies and The Fantasticar's hasty Constructs. Mister Fantastic and Rhystic Study convert the resulting token entries into even more cards. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Bard, with Anointed Procession and Council of Reeds providing the fastest routes to critical mass.
