Deck overview

This is an Orzhov combo-reanimator deck built around Doctor Doom, Unrivaled. The clean primary line is to put Doctor Doom onto the battlefield, wait until it is no longer summoning sick, then cast Demonic Consultation naming Doctor Doom, Unrivaled. Because the named singleton is already on the battlefield, consultation exiles the library. Tapping Doctor Doom then wins immediately. Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Entomb, Reanimate, and Hoarding Broodlord give the deck several ways to assemble the creature, but the plan remains vulnerable to removal and countermagic. The rest of the deck supplies strong creature and permanent removal, graveyard hate, blink effects, and several protective spells. It can recover from creature destruction through reanimation, but it has no equally reliable plan if Doctor Doom is exiled or unavailable. Its ordinary supported clock is about turn 5, with the faster reanimation lines representing ceiling draws.
