Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov go-wide token swarm and aristocrat attrition deck commanded by Commissar Severina Raine. The core strategy builds a wide board of creature tokens using efficient generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Charismatic Conqueror, and Hero of Bladehold. Once the token swarm attacks, Severina turns every attacker into unblockable, table-wide life loss while simultaneously converting excess bodies into card advantage. The deck backs up this combat pressure with lethal multipliers like Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Cathars' Crusade, and Mirkwood Bats, capable of burning through three opponents simultaneously regardless of opposing blockers. To survive opposing interaction, the list features an extensive defensive suite of phase-out and indestructible effects like Clever Concealment and Teferi's Protection. While it lacks non-creature removal and stack interaction, its ability to bypass pillowforts and combat blockers through direct life loss makes it a fast, resilient clock at optimized casual tables.
