Deck overview

This deck utilizes Shalai and Hallar as a commander that converts every +1/+1 counter placed on friendly creatures into direct damage aimed at opponents. By combining classic Naya ramp with an extensive suite of counter engines, the deck curves out efficiently from early mana dorks into compounding threats. Turn 4 establishes the core engine, which escalates on Turn 5 through mass multipliers like Kalonian Hydra or All Will Be One. The deck can win through massive combat damage and burn triggers by Turn 7, or close the game instantly with a two-card infinite loop using The Red Terror. It protects its board state with proactive silence effects like Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, targeted hexproof equipment, and board-wide indestructible spells like Inspiring Call. If the commander is removed, the deck seamlessly transitions into an unblockable, high-power creature beatdown plan.
