Deck overview

This Dimir Pirate tribal deck leverages the partner commanders Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator and Francisco, Fowl Marauder to generate explosive value from combat damage. Malcolm creates Treasures for each opponent dealt damage, while Francisco explores repeatedly, filtering draws and growing. The deck floods the board with cheap evasive Pirates, draws heavily from combat triggers (Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, Reconnaissance Mission), and accelerates into extra-turn engines-Timestream Navigator (via the city's blessing) and Time Sieve (by sacrificing five artifacts). Academy Manufactor triples token production, and Bloodforged Battle-Axe multiplies equipment. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage across multiple turns, often accelerated by extra turns. The deck also packs a dense interaction suite of counterspells and removal to protect its board and disrupt opponents.
