Deck overview

This deck is a five-color political group hug and pillowfort strategy commanded by Kenrith, the Returned King. The early game focuses on accelerating the table with symmetrical mana and draw engines such as Rites of Flourishing, Kami of the Crescent Moon, and Magus of the Vineyard. By distributing resources and disincentivizing attacks through Pramikon, Sky Rampart, Noble Heritage, and Orzhov Advokist, the deck directs combat damage toward opposing players while sculpting its own hand. In the late game, the deck leverages massive card draw into alternate win conditions like Triskaidekaphile, or punishes opponent spellcasting with Forced Fruition and Scrawling Crawler. While the deck generates overwhelming card flow and possesses versatile board wipes like Ruinous Ultimatum, its complete lack of counterspells and heavy reliance on symmetrical card draw can inadvertently hand victories to fast combo opponents who convert extra cards into instant-speed wins before pillowfort defenses take hold.
