This is a high-tempo Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Veyran, Voice of Duality, built to chain instants and sorceries into a critical storm turn. The primary game plan is to deploy mana-generating engines like Birgi, God of Storytelling and Storm-Kiln Artist, drop Veyran to double every magecraft trigger, then chain cheap cantrips and rituals to build a lethal storm count, finishing with Grapeshot or Brain Freeze. Secondary lines include burn from Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription with Veyran doubling their damage, or a massive Thousand-Year Storm turn for absurd copy replication. The deck leans on a dense suite of cantrips and selection spells to smooth draws, backed by a compact countermagic package to protect the critical turn.
