Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger and group slug strategy commanded by Tor Wauki the Younger. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost pingers and damage triggers such as Thermo-Alchemist, Electrostatic Field, and Firebrand Archer in the early turns. Once Tor Wauki enters the battlefield, its static ability increases all noncombat damage dealt by your sources by 1 while granting lifelink, significantly amplifying every burn spell and trigger while buffering your life total. Equipping pingers like Goblin Sharpshooter with deathtouch equipment allows you to control opposing boards with repeatable creature removal. The deck closes games through compounded direct damage spells like Fiery Confluence and Breath of Malfegor, amplified by Wound Reflection or an infinite token loop via Dualcaster Mage and Saw in Half. The list operates with minimal mana acceleration and card draw, making efficient sequencing and life total management essential to victory.
