Krak by cobbert

Format: Commander

Commander: Krark, the Thumbless and Sakashima of a Thousand Faces

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck pairs Krark, the Thumbless and Sakashima of a Thousand Faces to generate explosive value from copying instants and sorceries. The primary game plan is to deploy cost reducers, cast Krark and Sakashima (copying Krark for double coin flips), then chain cheap spells to build storm count, generate mana via Storm-Kiln Artist and Mana Geyser, and finish with a massive Grapeshot or an Underworld Breach loop. Secondary win conditions include combat damage from token copies created by Rionya, Fire Dancer or from Okaun, Eye of Chaos pumped by coin flips. The deck is highly synergistic but relies heavily on its commanders and coin flip variance.
