Deck overview

Ragnar leads a Bant combo-control deck centered on free-casting and self-bouncing creature loops. The primary engine utilizes Aluren or Primal Prayers to cast low-mana-value creatures at instant speed for zero mana. Pairing repeatable bounce creatures such as Shrieking Drake, Whitemane Lion, and Dream Stalker with card-draw engines like Beast Whisperer, Guardian Project, and cantrip creatures enables the deck to draw its entire library. From this state, the deck generates infinite mana using Relic of Legends and a legendary creature, loops Beast Within with Eternal Witness to destroy all opposing permanents, bounces all resultant tokens with Aether Channeler, and creates an arbitrarily large army of flying Bird tokens. Backed by cheap interaction, uncounterable channel lands, and flexible recursion, the deck transitions from an innocent mana-dork and bounce-value setup into a decisive lockout and combat finish within a single turn cycle.
