Squirrel! by Ebonheart7

Format: Commander

Commander: The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-green Squirrel tribal tokens deck helmed by The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl. The plan is straightforward go-wide: generate large numbers of 1/1 Squirrel tokens via the commander's ETB/attack trigger and activated ability, Squirrel Nest, Deep Forest Hermit, Squirrel Wrangler, and flashback Chatter of the Squirrel, then multiply them with Doubling Season, Primal Vigor, and Second Harvest. Anthems and finishers such as Squirrel Sovereign, Squirrel Mob, Overwhelming Stampede, and Preposterous Proportions turn the swarm lethal, while Primal Rage and Bow of Nylea supply trample and deathtouch. Secondary value comes from landfall engines, life-gain counters via Heroic Feast and Essence Warden, and light recursion. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through combat attrition and one big overrun turn. The commander accelerates token production but is not required for the 99's independent generators and finishers to function.
