Chatterfang Rebuilt by user4376511

Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Chatterfang, Squirrel General leads a Golgari token engine that uses his replacement ability to turn every token event into extra Squirrels. The deck plans to amass a wide Squirrel army, then close with pump effects like Beastmaster Ascension or End-Raze Forerunners, or with simultaneous sacrifice-drain triggers (Zulaport Cutthroat, Nadier's Nightblade, etc.) via Plumb the Forbidden. Hazel of the Rootbloom acts as a hidden commander, copying tokens and accelerating mana. Secondary paths include Garruk's emblem and commander-activated removal using sacrificed Squirrels.
