Deck overview

Shay Cormac is a cheap bounty engine: activate its {1} to strip hexproof, indestructible, protection, shroud, and ward, then aim targeted removal at an exposed creature. Every bountied creature that dies puts two +1/+1 counters on Shay, so the deck's primary plan is a removal-and-attack game that kills blockers and then beats down with a large Shay or the remaining midrange haymakers. Secondary paths are the crime engines, especially Gisa, the Hellraiser making zombie tokens, and the late-game recursion package of Athreos, Shroud-Veiled, Grave Betrayal, and Cauldron of Souls. Gisa, the Hellraiser is effectively a hidden commander for the deck. The deck is built for long, target-rich attrition games.
