Deck overview

This Atla Palani, Nest Tender deck is a focused polymorph strategy designed to cheat game-ending behemoths into play well ahead of curve. By restricting the creature suite in the 99 to exactly three cards—Blightsteel Colossus, Worldspine Wurm, and Etali, Primal Conqueror—every Egg death trigger is guaranteed to hit an apex threat. The deck features explosive fast mana including Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, and Mana Vault to deploy Atla on Turn 2 or 3. Once established alongside a sacrifice outlet like Ashnod's Altar or Goblin Bombardment, it begins hatching lethal threats by Turn 4. The deck is shielded by an extensive suite of low-cost protection spells, including Silence, Veil of Summer, Deflecting Swat, and Teferi's Protection, ensuring that combo execution and combat steps remain safe from opposing interaction. When uninterrupted, it rapidly eliminates the table across Turns 5 and 6.
