Deck overview

Ingris Stingerquill commands an aggressive Rakdos go-wide burn deck that weaponizes low-cost evasive creatures into global table damage. The deck curves out aggressively with over 17 one-drop creatures—such as Changeling Outcast, Vault Skirge, and Tormented Soul—before casting Ingris on Turn 3. When these creatures attack, Ingris triggers noncombat burn against every opponent simultaneously. Damage multipliers like Mechanized Warfare, Tomik, Izzet Sparkmage, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, and Bloodletter of Aclazotz rapidly scale this damage into lethal bursts. Combat damage payoffs such as Gix, Yawgmoth Praetor, Grim Hireling, and Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin supply consistent card flow and mana velocity to sustain pressure. While the deck possesses explosive clock speeds and efficient creature removal like Snuff Out and Lethal Scheme, it lacks stack-based protection and noncreature interaction, making it vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers.
