Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Simic ramp and control deck built around Koma, Cosmos Serpent. It prioritizes explosive early-game mana development through efficient green sorceries, creatures, and enchantments to deploy Koma ahead of curve by Turn 5. Once on the battlefield, Koma acts as both an uncounterable win condition and an oppressive control engine, generating 3/3 Serpent tokens on every player's upkeep. These tokens allow the deck to blank opposing attackers, neutralize activated abilities on key permanents, and protect Koma with indestructible. The deck leverages token doublers, non-legendary cloning effects, and sea monster synergies to overwhelm the table, ultimately closing the game around Turn 7 with overwhelming combat steps powered by Craterhoof Behemoth, Serpent of Yawning Depths, or an overloaded Cyclonic Rift. A deep suite of counterspells and proactive protection ensures that Koma remains in play to dominate the board.
