New Untitled Deck by Bittersalt8927

Format: Commander

Commander: Zaxara, the Exemplary

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Zaxara, the Exemplary is the engine of a Sultai X-spell battlecruiser: each X spell creates a bonus X/X Hydra while the commander also adds two mana to feed those spells. The deck ramps early with rocks and land-tutor effects, then converts that mana into card draw, token generation, and flexible removal. It wins by assembling a wide board of Hydras and Dryads, then finishing with a huge Finale of Devastation, or by draining/sacking all opponents with Torment of Hailfire. Secondary lines use Hydroid Krasis, Genesis Hydra, and Villainous Wealth for value. There is no hidden commander; both power and top end come from Zaxara and the X-spell shell.
