Derevi leads a Bant blink and tap-control deck that wins through infinite ETB loops rather than commander damage. The primary plan assembles Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake and Panharmonicon to make infinite mana and infinite blinks, then uses Venser, Shaper Savant to bounce every opposing permanent and spell for a hard lock. Secondary paths use Bloom Tender with Derevi and Deadeye for the same infinite mana into Craterhoof Behemoth or large Koma tokens, or grind value with Thassa, Soulherder and Guardian Project. Derevi acts as free instant-speed untap and mana engine, while Deadeye Navigator is the hidden commander that enables every win.
