Deck overview

This deck is a classic Golgari Aristocrats engine commanded by Dina, Soul Steeper. The deck focuses on creating creature tokens, sacrificing them to various free and utility outlets, and draining the entire table through lifegain and death triggers. With Dina in the command zone, every instance of lifegain converts directly into unblockable table-wide life loss. The list features dense functional redundancy, running numerous interchangeable payoffs like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Bastion of Remembrance, alongside recurring fodder generators such as Ophiomancer and Tendershoot Dryad. Card velocity is fueled by powerful draw engines like Skullclamp and Morbid Opportunist, while board wipes like Toxic Deluge and The Meathook Massacre double as defensive resets and offensive finishers. The deck presents a consistent, non-combat clock that grinds down opposing life totals across multiple turns.
