Army of Sauron by user5372984

Format: Commander

Commander: Sauron, the Dark Lord

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sauron, the Dark Lord commands a Grixis midrange and reanimation strategy that leverages amass triggers, Ring-tempting mechanics, and nine Nazgul. The deck uses early artifact acceleration to deploy Sauron or support engines like Call of the Ring and Lord of the Nazgul. Once active, Sauron punishes opponent spellcasting with Orc armies while combat damage rummages your hand to fill the graveyard. Primary win conditions center on explosive reanimation spells like Living Death and Rise of the Dark Realms, overwhelming Wraith beatdown scaling with repeated Ring tempts, and lethal burn combos using Terror of the Peaks copied by Devastating Onslaught.
