Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Wizard "pinger storm" deck helmed by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. Kuja's end step creates a Wizard token that pings the whole table on every noncreature spell you cast, and once you control four Wizards he transforms into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied, whose Flare Star ability doubles all damage dealt by Wizards you control. The plan is to build a small wizard swarm via Queen Brahne, Mysidian Elder, Circle of Power, Cornered by Black Mages, Black Mage's Rod, and Kuja's own tokens, then chain cheap instants and sorceries such as Shock, Burst Lightning, and Lightning Strike while Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, Black Waltz No. 3, and Fiery Inscription drain all three opponents. Harmonic Prodigy double-triggers the pingers, Hawkeye, Young Avenger amplifies every noncombat damage hit, and Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls plus Phyrexian Arena refuel the engine. A small reanimation package - Reanimate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Victimize - rebuilds the core after wipes. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through table-wide drain plus combat inevitability from Trance Kuja, Mogis, and Kardur.
