Deck overview

This is a Rakdos coin-flip Vehicles-and-Treasure engine helmed by Setzer, Wandering Gambler. Setzer immediately creates The Blackjack, a flying 3/3 Vehicle, and every Vehicle that hits a player flips a coin; each won flip pays two tapped Treasures, which Krark's Thumb, Xorn, and Academy Manufactor multiply into absurd token volume. That volume converts to damage through Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, Mirkwood Bats, and Mayhem Devil, while Magda, Brazen Outlaw acts as a hidden second commander, tutoring Vehicles and payoffs straight onto the battlefield. There is no deterministic combo; the deck wins incrementally by grinding artifact-token burn and flying beats, bursting with Fiery Gambit or Alchemist's Talent once Treasure mana is flowing, or crossing the Chance Encounter threshold. Pilots like Speedway Fanatic and Dynamite Diver keep the fleet crewed, and mass reanimation in Push the Limit rebuilds the board after wipes.
