Slivers slop by OmegaXVI

Format: Commander

Commander: The First Sliver

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a five-color Sliver toolbox built around The First Sliver's cascade. The primary plan is to establish five-colored mana, cast The First Sliver, and use cascade chains to dump evasive and anthem Slivers for free. Secondary paths include a mana-Sliver plus Intruder Alarm plus Sliver Overlord engine, a poison finish with Virulent Sliver, and ETB damage from Lavabelly Sliver and Impact Tremors. Sliver Overlord acts as a hidden commander able to tutor the exact piece from the 99. The deck wins through hasty flying/shadow attackers and can pivot to an infinite-trigger kill if the Alarm engine is assembled. Weaknesses are the slow, color-hungry mana base and heavy dependence on keeping a cascade Sliver on the battlefield.
