Deck overview

This deck is a green Group Hug and Token Overrun strategy commanded by The Cabbage Merchant. It utilizes symmetric mana and card draw engines like Heartbeat of Spring, Howling Mine, and Eladamri's Vineyard to accelerate all players, while converting opponent noncreature spells into a massive supply of Food tokens. The deck breaks parity by using The Cabbage Merchant and Jaheira, Friend of the Forest to tap tokens for mana, alongside token amplifiers like Academy Manufactor and Peregrin Took. Once a wide token presence and substantial mana pool are established by Turn 4, the deck deploys decisive creature tutors such as Natural Order, Green Sun's Zenith, or Defense of the Heart to fetch Craterhoof Behemoth or Displaced Dinosaurs. Supported by protection spells like Heroic Intervention and timing suppression from Dosan the Falling Leaf, the deck executes a lethal trampling combat assault across all opponents between Turns 5 and 6.
