Deck overview

This is an Equipment Voltron deck built around Ratonhnhake ton, a resilient Human Assassin commander that becomes unblockable and hexproof until it deals damage. The primary plan is to suit the commander with a dense package of Equipment (primarily the Sword cycle) to generate combat triggers-drawing cards, untapping lands, creating Assassin tokens, and recursing Equipment from the graveyard on hit. The deck includes an Assassin tribal subtheme (Basim Ibn Ishaq, Evie Frye, Jacob Frye) that enables freerunning spells like Eagle Vision and Restart Sequence for burst advantage and recursion. It wins through commander damage (21 poison via equipped strikes) or through a wide board of menacing Assassin tokens. The deck is deliberate rather than explosive, building incremental advantage until it can one-shot opponents with a well-equipped commander.
