Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Mardu combo list designed to assemble compact game-ending loops on Turn 3. Led by Vihaan, Goldwaker, the deck leverages Treasure creation, explosive 0-1 CMC fast mana, and an extensive suite of low-cost universal tutors to find its win conditions. The primary win line uses Professor Onyx and Chain of Smog to drain all opponents through infinite Magecraft triggers. Redundant secondary routes include Underworld Breach recursion with Lion's Eye Diamond and Wheel of Fortune, as well as Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker token duplication with Felidar Guardian or Village Bell-Ringer. The deck protects its combo turn using proactive silence effects like Silence, Ranger-Captain of Eos, and Voice of Victory, alongside free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick. Opponents must interact on the stack at instant speed, as the deck gives zero turn cycles once the combo begins.
