Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul leads a Dimir spellslinger deck whose engine turns every instant and sorcery into a 3/3 menace Wraith, then into a 9/9 army once nine Wraiths exist. The primary plan is to keep the commander alive, chain cheap cantrips and interaction, and use token/draw engines (Talrand, Archmage Emeritus, Kindred Discovery) to snowball into a lethal attack. Secondary paths include Ojer Pakpatiq and Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy for extra spell triggers, plus Hullbreaker Horror to convert each spell into removal. The commander is the core accelerator, but the deck can still generate tokens and win through redundancy if he is unavailable.
