Deck overview

This deck is a Nekusar, the Mindrazer wheel and group-slug strategy that punishes opponents for drawing cards. The primary game plan ramps into Nekusar by Turn 4, then resolves high-impact wheel effects like Windfall, Dark Deal, and Teferi's Puzzle Box on subsequent turns. Each wheel burns opponents for significant chunks of life while churning through your library to find additional punishers like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and Underworld Dreams. Free defensive spells like Fierce Guardianship and Deflecting Swat protect the commander when tapped out. A secondary zombie and reanimation package, alongside an infinite mill/drain combo between Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank, provides alternate paths to victory if commander-centric wheel lines face heavy removal.
