Cosmic Spiderman by AwkwardFreshman

Format: Commander

Commander: Cosmic Spider-Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color Spider tribal combat deck built around Cosmic Spider-Man's keyword overrun. The primary plan is to deploy early Spiders (Mary Jane Watson, Aunt May, Spinneret and Spiderling) and value engines, then cast Cosmic Spider-Man on turns 6-7 to give every other Spider flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste. Secondary paths keep the swarm alive: Madame Web, Clairvoyant acts as a hidden commander for top-deck casting and card advantage, while Spider-Verse copies spells cast from outside the hand and ignores the legend rule for Spiders. Arasta of the Endless Web and Mary Jane turn spells and Spider etbs into extra bodies and cards. The deck generally wins through repeated alpha strikes rather than a compact combo.
