Deck overview

This is a Mono-Blue Merfolk-tribal token deck helmed by Namor the Sub-Mariner, built to turn every noncreature blue spell into a growing army of 1/1 Merfolk. The deck blends a go-wide combat plan with a spell-slinging engine: cheap cantrips, counterspells, and copy spells generate tokens through Namor, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Lullmage Mentor, while lords like Lord of Atlantis, Master of the Pearl Trident, and Attuma, Atlantean Warlord turn them lethal. Unblockable effects - Ghostform, Open into Wonder, Rogue's Passage, and islandwalk - close out games through combat. The deck also carries a high-end alt-win package: Omniscience combined with mass graveyard recursion like Wisdom of Ages and Flood of Recollection to chain spells for free, plus Secret of Bloodbending and Mirrorform as exotic value payoffs. The primary plan is incremental token value into a critical-mass alpha strike, with the Omniscience line as a late-game haymaker.
