Atreus/Kratos by Atomic_Flare

Format: Commander

Commander: Atreus, Impulsive Son and Kratos, Stoic Father

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai partners list pairs Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son into an experience-counter Gods deck that wins through snowballing combat and counter-based damage. Kratos, Stoic Father accrues experience whenever Gods attack or die, then dumps that many +1/+1 counters onto a creature each end step; Atreus, Impulsive Son converts those counters into card selection and table-wide pings. A dense proliferate package (Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Inexorable Tide, Norn's Choirmaster, Kilo, Apogee Mind) multiplies every counter type, while five extra-combat payoffs (Aggravated Assault, Aurelia, the Warleader, Combat Celebrant, Karlach, Fury of Avernus, Savage Beating) turn a single decisive attack step into a full-table elimination. All Will Be One converts counter placement into direct damage as a non-combat finisher. The deck is midrange-combat first, with light combo lines as backups rather than the primary plan.
